ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders over £50. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and will be calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
